These Terms govern your use of Depot Dispatch (“the app”), a mobile game published by Dragonball Studio (“we”, “our”). By installing or playing the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the store you downloaded it from. We keep all other rights.
2. What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where law permits it.
- Modify the app, or distribute a modified copy.
- Interfere with the app’s advertising, or automate play to generate ad impressions.
- Use the app to break the law, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
3. Advertising
The app is free to play and shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. We do not choose the specific ads you see, although we cap ad content at Google’s “G” (General audiences) rating. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for anything you buy from an advertiser. How ads use data, and the choices you have, are described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Purchases
This version of the app offers no in-app purchases and no subscriptions; everything in it is free to play, supported by advertising. If a later version adds a purchase, these terms will be updated, with the purchase’s terms, before it appears.
5. Coins, boosters and stars
Coins are earned by playing — for example, for clearing a level for the first time — and are spent on boosters. Coins, boosters and stars are features of the game, not property and not currency: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and cannot be transferred between devices or between players. They exist only on the device that earned them.
We may change how items are earned, priced or used as we balance the game. Where a change affects something you already hold, we will try to make it favourable to you.
6. Your data on your device
Your progress lives on your device, not on our servers. That means we cannot restore it for you if you delete the app or reset the device.
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. We may also stop distributing the app. We will not charge you for an update.
8. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising out of your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies to your use of the app, and these Terms apply in addition to it; where the two conflict, the Standard EULA prevails.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal-conformance, consumer-protection and intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Google Play
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, Google Play’s Terms of Service also apply. Google is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you live in a country whose consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights are not affected.
13. Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
