Welcome to Sudoku Classic (“the app”, “we”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you (“you”, “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the app and uninstall it.

1. License
Sudoku Classic grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store from which you downloaded it.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, except where local law expressly permits.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security feature, anti-cheat mechanism, in-app purchase verification, or advertising display.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction — 16 in most EEA countries) to use the app. If you are under that age, you may only use the app with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. The app is not intended for children.
3. In-app purchases
The app offers optional in-app purchases managed by your platform’s store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
3.1 Remove Ads tiers
- Remove Ads — Lifetime (one-time, $9.99 USD or local equivalent)
- Remove Ads — Weekly (~$1.99/week, auto-renewing)
- Remove Ads — Monthly (~$4.99/month, auto-renewing)
- Remove Ads — Yearly (~$19.99/year, auto-renewing, “Best Value”)
When you purchase Remove Ads, banner and interstitial ads are disabled. Rewarded video ads remain available because they are voluntary user-initiated exchanges (watch an ad to reveal a hint or earn coins).
3.2 Tip jar (support the developer)
Voluntary donations — $4.99 Coffee, $9.99 Snack, $19.99 Pizza, $39.99 Lunch, $49.99 Generous. They do not unlock any in-game items or benefits; they simply support continued development.
3.3 Auto-renewing subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play settings; the current period continues until its end and partial-period refunds are not provided. No free trial currently. Price changes will not affect already-purchased subscriptions and will be announced before the next renewal.
3.4 Restore purchases
A “Restore Purchases” option is provided in Settings. Tap it after re-installing or switching devices linked to the same Apple ID or Google account to restore your Remove Ads entitlement at no additional cost.
3.5 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Play order history). We have no direct control over refunds. For non-refund concerns (e.g., entitlement not applying after restore), email nguyenduyanhuit1989@gmail.com.
3.6 No real-money value
In-game coins, stars, power-ups, and any virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable between accounts.
4. Advertisements
The app displays ads served by Google AdMob: banner (bottom of screen), interstitial (full-screen, occasionally between games), and rewarded video (voluntary, gives in-game rewards such as a hint or coins in exchange for watching). Ad behavior depends on your consent (EEA/UK) and your iOS App Tracking Transparency setting — see our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party ad content; report inappropriate ads to support and we will work with AdMob.
5. User conduct and fair play
By using the app you agree to:
- Not use scripts, bots, modified APKs, memory editors, or any other means to gain unfair advantage or manipulate rewards.
- Not exploit bugs for unfair advantage (report bugs to support instead).
- Not attempt to claim the same rewarded-ad reward more than once per session by tampering with the app or device clock.
We reserve the right to disable exploited features or block abusive devices (anonymous UIDs) without notice.
6. User content (share cards)
When you share your result, the app generates a share-card image. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to generate and render that image within the app. The share sheet and any resulting post are handled by your device and the third-party app you choose; we do not receive or store shared content.
7. Intellectual property
Sudoku is a classic number puzzle in the public domain; we claim no ownership of the puzzle concept or its rules. However, all app content we created — game code, artwork, UI, music, sound effects, the brand name “Sudoku Classic” as used by Dragonball Studio, logos, and graphics — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Third-party assets are used under their respective licenses; an attributions list is available on request.
8. Updates and changes to the app
We may release updates at any time that add, modify, or remove features. We may change in-game economy values (coin rewards, ad frequency, difficulty, star thresholds) to balance the game; such changes are not refundable.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us through in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; they may not apply to you.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app anytime by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP rights, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) shall survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation via nguyenduyanhuit1989@gmail.com; if unresolved within 60 days, either party may submit to the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam (exclusive jurisdiction). Users in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer-protection laws retain rights under those laws.
13. Apple-specific terms
If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; if the app fails to conform to a warranty you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; we (not Apple) are responsible for product-liability and legal-conformance claims; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
14. Google-specific terms
If you obtained the app through Google Play, you also agree to Google Play’s Terms of Service.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via an in-app message on the next launch and posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app and supersede any prior agreements.
