How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings → Restore Purchases in the game. Your Remove Ads / subscription is tied to your Apple ID (or Google account) and restores on any device signed in with it.
I bought Remove Ads but still see ads.
Tap Settings → Restore Purchases, make sure you're signed in with the same account used for the purchase, then restart the app. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I change the language?
Our games follow your device language automatically. To override it, open Settings → Language and pick a supported language.
I found a bug / the game crashed.
Sorry about that! Email us the details — which game, what you were doing, your device model and OS version — and we'll fix it as soon as possible.

Absolutely — we build our games from player feedback. Send your idea to the email above.
Data & privacy
Our games have no sign-up: we never ask for your real name, email, phone number or address.
What about the games with a global leaderboard?
Games that publish a global leaderboard (for example Sudoku Academy and Merge Arena) ask you once for a display name and a country, both chosen by you, so your entry can be shown to other players. That is the only information about you on the board — there is still no account and no email. You can change the name any time in Settings → Display name.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Delete my data erases your local progress and every leaderboard entry tied to your device, in one step. It cannot be undone. Purchases are deliberately kept — use Restore Purchases if you reinstall.
