Auto Clicker

Terms of Service

Dragonball Studio

Effective date: 10 October 2026  ·  Last updated: 10 October 2026

Welcome to Auto Clicker: Tap & Swipe (“the app”, “we”, “our”), published by Dragonball Studio. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you (“you”, “user”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the app and uninstall it.

For privacy practices, including how the accessibility service is used, please read our Privacy Policy. For support: nguyenduyanhuit1989@gmail.com.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not:

2. Eligibility

The app is a utility designed for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or use the app with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. The app is not directed to children.

3. What the app does and the accessibility service

The app performs taps and swipes on your device that you configure, using Android’s Accessibility Service API. You enable the service yourself in Android Settings and can turn it off at any time (Android Settings → Accessibility → Auto Clicker). The service performs only the gestures you set up, between the moment you press Play and the moment you press Stop or a stop condition is reached. It does not read your screen content — see the Privacy Policy, section 1.

Automated gestures are real input. They act on whatever is on the screen at that moment, exactly as if you tapped it yourself. You are responsible for what is on screen while a configuration runs — for example, avoid leaving it running over screens where a tap could make a purchase, send a message, delete content or change a setting. Use the Stop button, a cycle limit or a time limit to keep runs under control.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service, rules and policies of any other app, game, website or service you use the app with. Some services do not allow automated input; using automation with them may lead to warnings, suspension or loss of your account there. We are not responsible for such consequences.

You agree not to use the app:

We may stop supporting or block uses that we reasonably believe violate this section.

5. Your configurations

Configurations you create are stored only on your device. We do not keep a copy and cannot recover them if they are lost — for example after clearing the app’s storage, uninstalling, or changing device without an Android backup.

6. In-app purchase: Remove Ads

7. Advertisements

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob: a banner on the app’s home screen and, occasionally, a full-screen ad inside the app when you start a session from it. Ads are not shown over other apps and not while auto-clicking is running. Personalization depends on your consent where required (see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads; report an inappropriate ad to support and we will raise it with Google.

8. Intellectual property

The app — its code, design, graphics, icons, text and the name “Auto Clicker: Tap & Swipe” as used by Dragonball Studio — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Names and trademarks of other apps or services you may use with the app belong to their owners; the app is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

9. Updates and changes to the app

We may release updates that add, change or remove features, or that change how often ads appear. Android versions, device manufacturers and other apps can change in ways that affect automated gestures; we will try to keep the app working but cannot guarantee it.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular, we do not warrant that the app will work with any particular app, game or device, that gestures will be performed with exact timing or position, that other apps or the system will accept automated input, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, nor for any loss resulting from actions performed by gestures you configured — including unintended purchases or messages, lost data, or the suspension or termination of your account with another service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the app’s in-app purchase in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; they may not apply to you.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by turning off its accessibility service and uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your right to use the app if you violate these Terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, acceptable use, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation via nguyenduyanhuit1989@gmail.com; if unresolved within 60 days, either party may bring them before the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam. Users in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer-protection laws keep the rights those laws give them.

14. Google Play

Because you obtained the app through Google Play, you also agree to the Google Play Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and Dragonball Studio, not Google.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any change is posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept it.

16. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app and replace any prior agreements.
