Merge Arena

Privacy Policy

Dragonball Studio

Effective date: June 13, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dragonball Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Merge Arena (the “Game”) on iOS and Android. By installing or using the Game, you agree to the practices described below.

The short version: Merge Arena has no sign-up and never asks for your real name, email, phone number or payment details. We use trusted Google services to show ads, fix crashes and understand how the Game is played. You stay in control of ad personalization, and you can erase everything yourself from Settings → Delete my data inside the Game.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal identity information to play. The Game and the third-party services it uses may process the following:

CategoryExamplesPurpose
Device & technical data Device model, operating-system version, language, app version, anonymous app-instance identifier, crash logs and diagnostics Run the Game, fix crashes, improve stability
Advertising identifiers Google Advertising ID (AAID) / Apple IDFA (only if you allow tracking) Show ads and, where permitted, personalized ads
Gameplay & usage data Scores, levels reached, sessions, in-game events, feature usage Analytics, balancing and improving the Game
Purchase status Whether an in-app purchase (e.g. “Remove Ads”) was completed Unlock and restore your purchases
Optional profile (online features) A display name and country you choose for online leaderboards Show your entry on public leaderboards
Optional friends & duels (online features) A short invite code generated for you, the list of players you add as friends, and the results of duels you play — each stored against your anonymous ID together with the display name and country you chose Let you add friends by code, challenge them, and match you with an opponent

We never collect your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or government IDs. Payment card details are handled entirely by Apple and Google — we never see or store them.

2. Data Stored On Your Device

Your game progress, settings, coins, statistics and your chosen display name are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the Game removes this local data. If you use the optional online features — leaderboards, the friends list, invite codes or duels — your chosen display name and country are also sent to our backend, together with the records those features need (your leaderboard entries, your invite code, who you added as a friend, and your duel results). Everything we hold is keyed to an anonymous identifier, never to your real identity, and you can delete all of it from Settings → Delete my data.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following service providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:

These providers process data on our behalf and may transfer it to servers located in other countries.

4. Advertising & Your Choices

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. Ad content is capped at a General audiences (G) rating.

5. Children’s Privacy

Merge Arena is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete everything from inside the Game. Open Settings → Delete my data and confirm. This wipes your local progress, coins, statistics and display name on the device, and — if you used online features — also deletes the records we hold against your anonymous ID: your leaderboard entries on every board, your profile, your friends list and invite code, your daily challenge entries, and any queued or finished multiplayer matches. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Local data also disappears if you simply uninstall the Game. Analytics and crash data are retained by our providers for limited periods in line with their policies. If you prefer, or if you no longer have the app installed, you can instead email us at the address below and we will action your request within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
