These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Merge 2048 (the “Game”) provided by Dragonball Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Merge 2048 is a free, casual puzzle game. It contains optional advertisements and optional in-app purchases. You can play the core game without spending any money.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store from which you obtained the Game.

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (for example “Remove Ads”, coin packs or themes). All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not collect or store your payment details.

4. Virtual Items & Game Currency

Coins, power-ups, themes and other in-game items are licensed, not sold, to you. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be modified or removed as part of game balancing. We are not liable for the loss of virtual items, including loss caused by uninstalling the Game or clearing local data.

5. Advertisements

The Game displays third-party advertisements (via Google AdMob) to support free play. Some rewards may be offered in exchange for voluntarily watching an ad. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites or apps they link to.

6. Online Features & Leaderboards

If you choose to participate in online leaderboards, you are responsible for the display name you select. We may remove entries or names that are offensive, infringing or that violate these Terms, and may reset leaderboards to preserve fair competition.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, artwork, audio, text and trademarks, is owned by Dragonball Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. “2048” describes a well-known gameplay concept; this Game is an independent implementation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other publisher.

8. Updates & Availability

We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.

9. Disclaimer Of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragonball Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the Game in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
