This Privacy Policy explains how Solitaire Classic (“the app”, “we”, “our”) handles information when you play. By installing or using the app on Android, you agree to the practices described below. Questions? Email nguyenduyanhuit1989@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal identifiers such as your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The app and the third-party services it uses may process:
- Device & technical data — device model, OS version, language, app version, and an anonymous app-instance identifier.
- Crash & diagnostic data — stack traces and device state collected by Firebase Crashlytics when the app crashes.
- Anonymous usage statistics — gameplay events (games started, won, settings used) via Firebase Analytics, used only in aggregate.
- Advertising identifier — your Android Advertising ID, used by AdMob to serve ads (personalized only with your consent).
- Purchase status — whether you bought “Remove Ads” or made a donation. Payment details (card numbers, billing address) are handled entirely by Google Play — we never see or store them.
Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.
2. Third-party services
The app relies on the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
| Service | Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Play Services | Core platform services | |
| Google AdMob | In-app advertising | |
| Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics | Anonymous metrics & crash reports | |
| Google Play Billing | In-app purchases (Remove Ads, donations) |

3. How we use information
- To operate and maintain the app.
- To display ads and process in-app purchases.
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
- To understand aggregate gameplay trends.
We do not sell your data.
4. Advertising & your choices
Ads are served by Google AdMob and capped at a General audiences (G) rating.
- EEA / UK / Switzerland: A Google-certified consent (UMP) form lets you accept or refuse personalized ads on first launch.
- Any region: You can opt out of ad personalization in System Settings → Google → Ads, and reset or limit your Advertising ID there.
5. Children’s privacy
Solitaire Classic is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data retention & deletion
Local data remains on your device until you uninstall the app. Analytics and crash data are retained by Firebase for limited periods per Google’s policies (analytics ~14 months; crash reports ~90 days). To request deletion of any data we may hold, email us and we will action your request within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. under the EU GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, or Vietnam’s PDPD Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to opt out of personalized advertising. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Security
We rely on Google’s infrastructure and reasonable technical measures to protect data. Network traffic is HTTPS-encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
