1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Solitaire Classic, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the rules of the Google Play Store from which you obtained the app.
2. Use of the app
You must use the app lawfully and for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or interfere with its security or advertising. Certain optional features may require watching a rewarded ad video.
3. In-app purchases & payments
The app offers an optional Remove Ads purchase that eliminates mandatory banner and interstitial ads; voluntary rewarded ads may remain available as user-initiated value exchanges. Optional donations are voluntary and non-refundable and unlock no gameplay benefit. All payments are processed through Google Play, not by the developer; we do not collect or store payment information. Refunds are governed by Google’s policies (Play order history).
4. Virtual items & no real-money value
Any in-game items, progress or rewards have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable. We are not liable for loss of virtual items caused by clearing app data or uninstalling.
5. Intellectual property
All content, graphics, and code in the app belong to Dragonball Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the content without permission. “Solitaire” / “Klondike” describe a well-known public-domain card game; this app is an independent implementation.
6. User responsibility
You are responsible for your device and all in-app activity, including maintaining your own game progress.
7. Advertisements
The app displays ads served by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Ad behavior depends on your consent (EEA/UK) and device ad settings — see our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for data loss from device issues, service interruptions beyond our control, or loss of virtual items from clearing app data. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Third-party services
Use of the app implies agreement to the terms of Google Play Services, Google AdMob and Firebase.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app anytime by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; updates take effect upon continued use of the app. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
